The most often overlooked aspect of today's lean production environment is logistics. Frequency of deliveries, maximized trailer utilization, and packaging are all critical elements. McClarin Plastics, Inc. provides years of experience at managing our own logistical needs as well as our customers' needs. We have designed and implemented various types of returnable packaging. We have assisted in scheduling "milk runs" and other creative logistical solutions.
